Returns + Exchanges

Please contact sales@shopcallahan.com for return requests. Should your request be granted we will email you a FedEx or USPS shipping label. You can affix the label to the package and drop off at your nearest FedEx or USPS location. A refund will be made to your credit card within 1-2 business days upon receiving the returned item(s) at our warehouse. The refund will be for amount of item and does not include shipping to and from.

Items must be unworn, tags intact and in original condition. Please include original order invoice with return. Return requests should be made within 7 days of receiving the item(s) and returned within 15 days of of receiving the item(s).

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size you will need to repurchase the item in the correct size. You can follow the return instructions above to return the item that did not work out.

Sale items are final sale.

Price Adjustments

Did something you purchase go on sale? Fear not, we honor price adjustments within 10 days of shipment of your purchase. The price difference will be refunded to your original form of payment. If your request is made 10 days after shipment but within 30 days of shipment we will issue you a store credit for the price difference. Please contact sales@shopcallahan.com for requests.
