Shipping Policies

Shipping & Transit Times

Domestic shipments will be shipped via Fedex or USPS from our corporate office in Los Angeles, CA. Tracking information will be supplied upon purchase and shipment of item(s). 

USPS: 1-7 business days depending on shipment location.

Fed 2 Day: 2 business days when order is placed by 12pm. If order placed after 12pm item(s) will be shipped following day.

Fedex Overnight: Next business day when order is placed by 12pm. If order placed after 12pm item(s) will be shipped following day.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, but please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. To check the status of your order, log into your account and select the order number you’d like to track, then click the tracking link that appears at the top of the page.

Please note: it may take up to 48 hours from the time we scan your package to when tracking information is available. 

International Shipping

International shipments will be shipped via USPS First Class. Depending on shipment location and your country's customs policy shipment could take anywhere from 1 - 2 weeks and it can vary. Tracking information will be supplied upon purchase and shipment of item(s).

Duties & Taxes

Additional duties or taxes incurred are buyer's responsibility. We do not have control over these fees and can not determine what they may be as they are determined by your country's customs and duty policy.

Package Protection

By selecting Package Protection at checkout and paying an additional fee of approximately 2.75% of your order subtotal, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate event that your order never arrives or is broken or damaged upon arrival, you can reach out to our team at sales@shopcallahan.com, receive a replacement order or be reimbursed via store credit.

Orders marked "delivered" yet not received are only eligible for a replacement order or store credit. Orders presumed to be lost (where status is not "delivered") are eligible for a replacement order or reimbursement or your original order costs, minus shipping charges. 

Package protection is non-refundable.

Lost & Stolen Packages

If you have not purchased Package Protection for your order, we cannot be held responsible for lost and stolen packages, and will not refund or replace your order. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier.
