Returns & Exchanges

Need to make a return or exchange? We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. Just visit our Returns Portal and follow the prompts for easy returns and exchanges. 

We accept returns of merchandise in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at so we can help. 

Returns for refunds to your original method of payment can be made within 14 days of purchase, and returns for online store credit can be made within 30 days of purchase. Free exchanges are offered within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping fees and return labels are not refundable. 

Include the original order invoice with your return, and please allow 7-14 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. 

Please note: Sale or promotional items over 20% off are not eligible for refunds, but can be returned for store credit. Purchases made during online sample or warehouse sales are final sale and can not be returned for refunds or store credits.
